We welcome medical and dental volunteers.
Why is it important to be a volunteer?
The more we give, the happier we feel. Volunteering increases self-confidence and self-esteem, we can learn new skills and build upon existing ones which can lead to better job prospects. You are doing good for others and a community who currently have no access to dental care and limited medical resources, which also provides a natural sense of accomplishment. Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity, even helping to heal mental health issues.
The people you meet on volunteering trips become friends for life as you share such intense experiences and work closely as a team to overcome challenges and be away from your own family and friends.
